Scrum Master / Project Manager

Salary: $124,800 - 145,600 per year Requirements: Experience working with Scaled Agile (SAFe) 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master Experience managing a combination of offshore and onshore teams JIRA experience Demonstrated team leadership and project management expertise Experience managing project budgets and stakeholder status reporting Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to build and maintain business relationships with employees, business partners, and vendors Comfort hosting meetings for audiences ranging from engineers to executives Confidence offering suggestions on project direction and approach Self-starter who requires little direction Strong organizational skills, including prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Insurance industry experience is a plus Candidates must be available to work directly as Genesis10 employees Responsibilities: Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Ensure development teams follow Agile principles, encourage continuous improvement, and foster a collaborative environment that supports productivity Manage and prioritize the backlog, size work, and track progress Manage projects of varying scale through sprints or iterations, and help the BSA/Product Owner break work into stories Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including backlog grooming, planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and demos Drive stories to completion and remove obstacles that could hinder delivery Ensure stories are delivered on time and to a high standard; oversee release planning and product delivery Identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies Present and manage changes to project structure, scope, and timelines Maintain accountability across the project lifecycle and provide overall project transparency Work effectively with team members from technical and non-technical backgrounds Technologies: ERP JIRA Network Product Owner Project Manager More: We are recruiting for a Scrum Master/Project Manager opportunity with a major insurance company in Warren, New Jersey. This is a six-month contract role supporting a Data Analytics and ERP implementation program, with a hybrid arrangement requiring at least one to two onsite days per week.
