SAS AML Developer

Salary: $40,000 - 65,000 per year Requirements: Hands-on experience with SAS AML version 7.1 or 7.2 Strong background building and customizing AML scenarios Expertise in Base SAS programming Strong SQL and Oracle Database experience Experience with Unix/Linux scripting Understanding of AML transaction monitoring, suspicious activity detection, and regulatory compliance requirements Experience supporting large-scale AML programs in banking or financial services Responsibilities: Design, develop, and enhance AML detection scenarios in the SAS AML platform Build and maintain customer segmentation models and risk-based monitoring logic Develop and modify AML prep jobs, datasets, and data-processing workflows Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical AML solutions Configure and tune transaction-monitoring scenarios, rules, thresholds, and risk-scoring logic Conduct unit testing, support SIT/UAT, resolve defects, and prepare for production Collaborate with AML business, compliance, and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle Support deployment and production implementation Technologies: Support Linux Oracle SAS SQL Unix More: We are seeking an experienced SAS AML Developer to support a large-scale Anti-Money Laundering transformation program.
