SAP Vendor Invoice Management

About the role We are looking for an experienced SAP VIM Consultant with strong functional and technical knowledge of OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM). The role will support VIM implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration with SAP processes. Key responsibilities Configure, support, and maintain OpenText VIM for SAP solutions. Analyze business requirements and translate them into VIM functional and technical solutions. Design, build, test, and implement VIM processes and enhancements. Troubleshoot VIM issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution. Support invoice processing, approval workflows, and exception handling. Work with SAP teams to ensure proper integration between VIM and SAP modules. Perform system testing, issue resolution, and production support. Prepare technical and functional documentation. Collaborate with business users and technical teams to improve invoice management processes. About you Minimum 3 years of SAP VIM experience. Strong functional and technical knowledge of OpenText/VIM. Experience with VIM configuration, troubleshooting, and support. Experience in problem-solving, analysis, and solution design/build. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. 3–5 years of hands-on VIM experience (good to have). Experience with SAP integration and related SAP modules (good to have). Experience in VIM implementation or enhancement projects (good to have).
