About the role
Vantage Compute Outsourcing IT is a form of partnership dedicated to self-employed IT specialist , executing projects for our Clients - leading IT Companies bringing innovations and newest resolutions to market. Currently for our Client - multinational professional services network, one of the "Big Four" consulting organizations - we are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead Consultant. B2B contract Part-time engagement – 0.5 FTE 100% remote Rate: 280-310 PLN/h Part-time engagement – 0.5 FTE. Remote work. B2B Contract with 280-310 pln/h netto + vat, Contract duration: September 2026 – April 2027. Participation in an international SAP SuccessFactors rollout project. A key role with ownership of the Employee Central workstream. Direct cooperation with an international client and project stakeholders.
Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Previous experience leading Employee Central rollout or implementation projects. Experience working independently in a client-facing Lead Consultant role. Experience facilitating customer workshops and managing stakeholder communication. Solid knowledge of Fit-Gap analysis. Practical experience with Employee Central data migration. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations. Ability to cooperate effectively with both functional and technical teams. Nice to have: Knowledge of SAP CPI or MuleSoft. Experience in international or multi-country rollout projects.

Daily tasks: - Lead the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central workstream during an international rollout project.
– Act as the main client-facing consultant for the Employee Central area.
– Plan, coordinate, monitor, and report on rollout progress.
– Lead business and solution design workshops with the customer.
– Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and recommend the most suitable solution approach.
– Review the existing Employee Central configuration and identify which elements should be retrofitted for the new rollout.
– Lead data migration activities related to Employee Central.
– Drive discussions regarding the Employee Central platform and overall solution design.
– Support the design of integrations between SuccessFactors and other systems.
– Review Functional Specification Documents and prepare less complex FSDs when required.
– Cooperate closely with functional and technical teams throughout the project.
