SAP SAC Developer

Role Responsibilities: Develop and configure SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions, including data models, stories, and dashboards, adhering to best practices and performance optimization techniques. Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAC solutions. Utilize advanced scripting capabilities in SAC to enhance functionality and address complex business scenarios. Design and implement data integration solutions, leveraging SAC's connectivity options to source data from various systems such as SAP ERP, SAP BW, and external databases. Perform troubleshooting and debugging of SAC solutions, identifying root causes of issues and implementing effective resolutions. Stay abreast of the latest SAP SAC features and updates, evaluating their applicability and potential impact on existing solutions. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering their growth and proficiency in SAP SAC development. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SAC development, with a strong understanding of SAC architecture and capabilities. Proficiency in SAC data modeling concepts, including creating data sources, dimensions, measures, and calculated fields. Extensive experience with SAC story design, layout customization, and interactive data visualization techniques. Solid grasp of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or similar integration tools for connecting SAC with on-premises and cloud-based data sources. In-depth knowledge of SAP HANA and SQL for data manipulation and transformation tasks within SAC. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex requirements to design scalable and maintainable SAC solutions.
