SAP S/4HANA - Asset Management & Plant Maintenance Functional Lead

emagine is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4HANA Asset Management Functional Architect Lead to contribute to a key transformation programme for a big client. Main Responsibilities Guide and support the logistics-related migration efforts and engage with business stakeholders. Assess simplification items for Plant Maintenance, Materials Management, and Enterprise Asset Management. Architect and design solutions for custom code challenges arising from technical discussions. Formulate solutions for integration issues impacting logistics and Plant Maintenance. Coach various stakeholders on the capabilities and benefits of S/4HANA. Ensure adherence to the scope of a strict brownfield conversion. Key Requirements 8+ years of experience as a Senior Architect and Functional Lead in SAP logistics. Relevant professional certification in SAP logistics. Expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, along with experience in the agile SAP Activate project methodology. Deep understanding of general S/4HANA simplification items. Strong hands-on experience with SAP modules: Plant Maintenance (PM), Materials Management (MM), Logistics Execution (LE), and Logistics Optimization (LO). Particularly important is experience with the EAM component of Plant Maintenance. Extensive experience orchestrating architectural work in complex organizations with proactive stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have Previous involvement in large-scale SAP transformation projects. Familiarity with industry best practices for asset management and plant maintenance. Understanding of GDPR regulations and data protection requirements.
