SAP Presales Consultant/Senior/Manager

About the role This role combines customer engagement, pre-sales expertise, project management, and customer success planning. You will cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, identify upselling opportunities, oversee project implementations, and develop comprehensive customer success strategies. You will serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, act as a trusted advisor, and drive long-term partnerships while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle. Key responsibilities Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution Identify opportunities for up-selling and boost sales revenue of existing contacts Collaborate with sales teams to enhance customer value and satisfaction Support presales activities including customer meetings, presentations, demos, workshops, and proposal preparation Oversee successful project implementations and deliveries, coordinating with cross-functional teams for timely and quality delivery Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to design suitable enterprise solutions Develop and implement comprehensive plans for customer success, ensuring long-term value and satisfaction Proactively address customer concerns, maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the lifecycle Monitor and analyze customer feedback for areas of improvement and implement necessary changes About you Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, IT, or a related field 15 years of experience in presales, customer success, solution consulting, or enterprise software consulting Experience in SAP HANA Upgrade methodology Experience in Rise, Business Technology Platform or Growth within SAP Proven experience in roles such as Pre-sales and Customer Success/Engagement Manager within the IT industry Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong project management skills with a focus on successful project implementation and delivery Ability to understand customer needs and align solutions accordingly Experience preparing proposals, presentations, and customer-facing materials English communication proficiency is required
