SAP OTC EDI/B2B Analyst (EMEA)Work mode: remote/hybrid - Wroclaw/ woj. dolnośląskie, Poland Travel: Up to ~25% across EMEAAbout the project: We are looking for a SAP OTC EDI/B2B Analyst to support the SAP IT Center of Excellence in Wroclaw. In this role, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and support of Order-to-Cash (OTC) integrations across a global SAP S/4HANA landscape. You will work on B2B/EDI integrations between SAP, Seeburger, TECCOM, and external trading partners, ensuring reliable and scalable customer integration processes across the EMEA region. The role combines business process understanding with technical SAP integration expertise, focusing on IDocs, message mapping, and end-to-end OTC flows.Key responsibilities:Support the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of SAP OTC integration processes, including:Customer orders and scheduling agreementsOrder confirmationsDeliveries and ASNBilling and self-billingCustomer master integrationConfigure and support SAP IDocs, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and error resolutionParticipate in integration design and message mapping validation for EDI/B2B scenariosCollaborate with platforms such as Seeburger, TECCOM, and other integration toolsAssist in unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and go-live supportDocument:Integration architecturesTechnical specificationsMapping rules and configuration decisionsWork closely with:ERP Business OperationsCustomer Experience (CX) teamsEDI OperationsExternal vendors and integration partnersSupport incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolutionParticipate in customer onboarding and new integration implementationsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on automation, standardization, and reliabilityRequirements:2–5 years of experience in SAP OTC (manufacturing or distribution environment preferred)Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA OTC processes, including:Order managementDeliveriesBillingCustomer master dataHands-on experience with:SAP IDocs (configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting)Output management and integration architectureKnowledge of EDI standards:EDIFACTANSI X12ODETTEGALIAExperience with at least one B2B/EDI platform (nice to have):SeeburgerTECCOMOpenTextSterlingUnderstanding of:Message mappingElectronic document exchangeEnd-to-end OTC process integrationExperience in SAP implementation, rollout, or support projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple prioritiesWe offer:Opportunity to work in a global SAP S/4HANA environmentExposure to complex EDI/B2B integration projects across EMEAPotential for long-term cooperationInternational collaboration with business and IT stakeholdersDynamic and impact-driven SAP Center of Excellence
