WORK SET UP: Hybrid in Cebu City WORK SHIFT: Depends on the client and project, but they are looking for someone who can work on a shifting schedule Salary: Confidential (Will be discussed during the Job Offer) As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value. This role includes gathering and understanding high-level requirements from various stakeholders and shaping these insights into effective business solutions. The position also involves supporting organizational transformation efforts by preparing business cases and assisting in the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: • Must Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HANA DB Administration. • Minimum 2 years of SAP HANA DB Administration experience • Strong understanding of database management principles. • Experience in database performance tuning. • Knowledge of SAP HANA architecture and data modeling. • Hands-on experience with SAP HANA Studio. • Familiarity with SAP HANA security and authorization concepts. • Open for those applicants who are currently in the Philippines and already have the right to live and work in this country are eligible for this role Roles & Responsibilities: • Expected to perform independently and become an SME. • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. • Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems • Develop and implement SAP HANA DB solutions. • Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity. • Troubleshoot and resolve database issues. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system enhancements. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
