SAP GTS QA Support Analyst

Salary: $164,320 - 168,480 per year Requirements: At least 6 years of SAP QA experience. 3–4 years of dedicated SAP GTS testing experience, focused on Compliance Management (SPL, embargo, and legal control), Customs Management, and master and transactional data processing. Experience with e-filing processes and validating connections between SAP and non-SAP systems. Foundational knowledge of GTS configuration and functional processes. Experience with Fiori or Build Work Zone UI. Experience with interfaces or third-party tools and test suite management tools. Strong Agile background and experience working with onsite and offshore teams. Excellent written and verbal communication, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. Preferred: experience with ServiceNow or SAP Cloud ALM (cALM), and Tosca. Must be available and prepared to work directly as a Genesis10 employee. Responsibilities: Review and clarify requirements for the 2025 version upgrade and import/export compliance enhancements. Determine test scope using a risk-based approach. Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and scenarios, collaborating with team members and stakeholders on test cases and scripts. Record and track defects through resolution. Estimate testing effort and generate test data. Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and release testing. Facilitate testing meetings, summarize results, report defects, maintain metrics, and provide go/no-go recommendations. The opportunity is expected to last more than 10 months and pays $79–$81 per hour on a W-2 basis, depending on qualifications. The role provides ongoing quality assurance support for an SAP Global Trade Services project, specifically the Edition for HANA (E4H), covering the testing lifecycle from upgrade and compliance requirements through test execution and release recommendations.
