SAP Finance Consultant – Senior Associate to Manager - Hybrid

Work Arrangement: 50% Hybrid Schedule: Day Shift Employment Type: Full-time Levels: Senior Associate / Manager The Role We are looking for SAP Finance professionals to support SAP finance transformation projects, from requirements analysis and solution implementation to client support and process improvement. Depending on your experience and scope of responsibility, you may be considered for a Senior Associate or Manager position. Key Responsibilities Analyze business and client requirements and translate them into SAP Finance solutions Configure, implement, support, and optimize SAP Finance applications Work with SAP FI and SAP FICO across financial processes and reporting Support improvements to financial processes, reporting, and controls Provide technical guidance, training, and post-implementation support Analyze financial data and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend solutions Support SAP S/4HANA finance transformation initiatives Contribute to project deliverables while maintaining quality and technical standards Stay current with SAP finance technologies and evolving business requirements Required Qualifications 4–8 years of relevant experience for Senior Associate; 7–11 years for Manager Strong hands-on experience with SAP FI and/or SAP FICO Experience implementing, configuring, or supporting SAP Finance solutions Strong understanding of finance processes within SAP environments Experience working with clients and/or business stakeholders Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field Preferred Qualifications SAP S/4HANA Finance experience Experience with SAP Central Finance Experience with SAP Accounts Payable (AP) SAP Finance/FICO certification Experience in financial reporting, analytics, forecasting, or financial process improvement Exposure to finance transformation or large-scale SAP implementation projects For Manager-Level Candidates In addition to the technical requirements above, Manager-level candidates should have experience in: Leading SAP Finance projects or workstreams Managing project planning, execution, timelines, and deliverables Leading and mentoring SAP consultants Managing client relationships and stakeholder expectations Driving solution discussions and business process improvement initiatives Addressing project issues and providing direction to the team Compensation Senior Associate: Up to ₱85,000/month Manager: Up to ₱150,000/month
