TROGROUP GmbH is looking for a SAP Delivery Manager - SAP Center of Excellence S/4HANA (all genders) Your responsibilities Lead international SAP S/4HANA rollouts as project manager (including planning, execution, go-live, and hypercare) Set up and manage project governance as well as resources, milestones, budgets, risks and reporting Coordinate SAP CoE team, key users, and external partners Oversee change requests and ensure timely, in-scope, and on-budget delivery Prioritize and bundle requirements, plan releases and capacity Steer delivery through transparent KPIs and reporting and act as the escalation point for conflicting priorities, delays, budget overruns and quality issues Continuously improve SAP CoE processes, tools, and delivery model Your profile Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or similar Several years of experience as SAP (S/4HANA) project or delivery manager in an international environment Experience in demand, change, and portfolio management Strong SAP process knowledge (e.g., finance, logistics, manufacturing) Excellent project management skills; certification is a plus Experience in budget/resource planning and managing external partners Structured, solution-oriented with ability to communicate confidently and assertively Excellent stakeholder management skills Team player, customer-oriented, willing to travel internationally Excellent English skills; German is a plus Benefits Active health program Interesting role in a global company dynamic and open-minded team a wide range of professional development opportunities flexible and family-oriented working hours extensive benefits Last but not least, under Austrian law, we are required to state the minimum salary for this position.
