SAP Data Archiving / ILM Expert (Part-Time)

About the role We are looking for an experienced SAP Data Archiving / Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) Expert to support a specialized global SAP consulting firm. This role focuses on developing data lifecycle strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing SAP system performance through effective data archiving and information management practices. Key responsibilities Design and implement SAP Data Archiving and Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) strategies Develop and manage data retention, archiving, and disposal policies Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and data governance standards Collaborate with global teams to support data lifecycle initiatives Provide technical troubleshooting and support for SAP data archiving and ILM-related issues Help optimize system performance through effective data archiving practices About you Strong hands-on experience in SAP Data Archiving and Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) Solid understanding of data retention policies, regulatory compliance, and data governance Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Experience in Master Data Management (MDM) is an advantage Availability to work approximately 20–40 hours per month
