SAP CPI Consultant – Senior Associate to Manager - Hybrid

Work Arrangement: 50% Hybrid Schedule: Day Shift Employment Type: Full-time Levels: Senior Associate / Manager The Role We are looking for SAP CPI professionals who can support SAP integration and transformation initiatives, from hands-on development and implementation through client engagement and project delivery. Depending on your experience, you may be considered for a Senior Associate or Manager level. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and support SAP integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) Work with SAP PI/PO and related integration technologies Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into integration solutions Participate in or lead SAP integration implementations and support engagements Troubleshoot integration issues and provide technical solutions Work with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide recommendations Support SAP S/4HANA integration and transformation initiatives Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer or user support when required Contribute to process improvements and technology modernization initiatives Required Qualifications 4–9 years of relevant experience for Senior Associate; 9+ years for Manager Strong hands-on experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) Hands-on experience with SAP PI/PO At least 1–2 full life cycle SAP implementation projects Experience working directly with clients and/or business stakeholders Strong understanding of SAP integration concepts and practices Good communication and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting or implementing SAP S/4HANA SAP certification in integration, BTP, or related technologies Experience with SAP BTP / Integration Suite Exposure to broader SAP transformation or modernization initiatives For Manager-Level Candidates In addition to the technical requirements above, Manager-level candidates should have experience in: Leading SAP integration projects or workstreams Managing project delivery, timelines, and technical issues Guiding and mentoring consultants or project team members Managing client relationships and stakeholder expectations Driving technical discussions and solution recommendations Taking ownership of project execution and delivery Compensation Senior Associate: Up to ₱85,000/month Manager: Up to ₱150,000/month Final compensation will depend on experience, technical depth, and level of consideration.
