Conduct business requirement gathering and discovery sessions with stakeholders. Analyze business processes and recommend SAP Business One best practices and functional solutions. Prepare and scope functional specifications and coordinate with the technical team for required customizations and integrations. Support data validation, migration, and upload activities. Facilitate system testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate functional requirements. Conduct end-user training, knowledge transfer, and user documentation. Provide functional support by analyzing the system issues. Advise on process improvements and system optimization to maximize SAP Business One utilization. Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery and user adoption.
