Job Description Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and execute the product vision, aligning with company objectives and market opportunities. Develop a data-driven roadmap, prioritizing features based on user needs, ROI, and competitive analysis. Lead market research to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities, leveraging tools like AI for sentiment analysis and trend forecasting. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver products on time and within budget. Facilitate agile sprints and iterative development, ensuring seamless communication across global teams using async tools (e.g., FigJam, Coda). Product Lifecycle Management Oversee end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization. Monitor KPIs (e.g., user engagement, retention, revenue) and iterate based on feedback and analytics. Innovation & Emerging Technologies Explore AI/ML applications (e.g., generative AI, LLMs) to enhance product features and user experiences. Integrate ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) metrics into product strategies to align with sustainability goals. Stakeholder Communication Present product updates, trade-offs, and ROI to executive leadership and external partners. Build consensus and manage expectations across diverse stakeholders, including customers and investors. Qualifications Experience : 5+ years in product management, with 2+ years in [specific industry, e.g., tech, fintech, SaaS]. Technical Skills : Familiarity with AI/ML basics, agile methodologies, and product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude). Leadership : Proven ability to mentor teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a culture of innovation. Global Mindset : Experience working with cross-cultural teams and adapting products for international markets. Education : Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA or product management certification (e.g., Product School) preferred.
