Salesforce Technical Lead (Remote)

📋 Description Own Salesforce platform architecture: data model, security, and integrations. Lead design and delivery for Salesforce features and platform enhancements. Directly manage two Salesforce Engineers; provide direction and mentorship. Architect and maintain integrations via Boomi middleware and APIs. Define coding standards, design patterns, and release practices. Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders; translate needs into specs. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years Salesforce engineering; at least 2 years in lead/architect. Expert Apex including Batch, Queueable, and governor limits. Salesforce Platform Developer II; App/ System Architect preferred. Experience designing/integrating with Workday, Boomi, or middleware. Strong understanding of Salesforce security model and sharing. Experience with SFDX, CI/CD pipelines, and version control. Ability to lead and mentor engineers.
