Salesforce Technical Architect

Salary: $76000 - 98000 per year Requirements: U.S. Citizenship (mandatory for federal clearance eligibility) Bachelors Degree Availability to be on-site in Washington, D.C., at least 3 days per week Over 8 years of practical Salesforce experience, including architecture-related responsibilities Current Salesforce certifications (Application Architect or System Architect required; CTA preferred or willingness to pursue) In-depth knowledge of Apex (classes, triggers, batch, queueable) Advanced skills in Lightning Web Components (LWC) Familiarity with Salesforce Experience (Community) Cloud, including external user models Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing architecture Experience in designing and implementing integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, third-party systems) Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and source control (e.g., Git) Strong grasp of Salesforce governor limits and performance enhancement techniques Experience supporting federal clients or navigating regulated environments (preferred) Understanding of FedRAMP, NIST, or ATO processes (preferred) Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS (preferred) Familiarity with DevOps tools and automation frameworks (preferred) Responsibilities: Direct the complete architecture and design of Salesforce solutions across various projects Convert business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions Offer hands-on development assistance as necessary (Apex, LWC, integrations, etc.) Establish and uphold best practices for Salesforce development, architecture, and governance Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.) Ensure all solutions comply with federal security and regulatory standards Provide mentorship to developers and lead technical teams through intricate implementations Conduct code assessments to maintain quality, performance, and scalability standards Work in tandem with stakeholders, including project managers, business analysts, and client leadership Support CI/CD processes and advocate for source control best practices Technologies: Apex AWS Architect CI/CD Cloud DevOps Git Support Lightning Web Components LWC REST SOAP Salesforce Security Web More: We are committed to finding a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect to collaborate with a federal client in the Washington, D.C. area.
