Salesforce Functional Solution Lead (P3)

Job Description: Drive the functional design and successful delivery of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technical architects, and development teams to ensure Salesforce implementations align with business objectives and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: Lead requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders. Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories. Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions using standard platform capabilities. Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads on solution design. Configure and develop solutions within PSS (Public Sector Solutions) with hands-on expertise. Lead functional consultants and mentor junior team members. Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement prioritization. Support system integration, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Ensure solution quality and adherence to Salesforce best practices. Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide project status updates. Drive user adoption through training and change management activities. Support production deployments and post-go-live stabilization. Requirements: Strong knowledge of: Public Sector Solutions (PSS) Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud Salesforce Platform Business process analysis Requirement elicitation and documentation Agile/Scrum methodologies User story writing Process mapping (BPMN) Salesforce declarative configuration Data migration concepts Integration fundamentals (REST APIs, middleware) Security and sharing model understanding UAT planning and execution Required Experience: 6–10+ years of IT consulting experience. 5–8+ years of Salesforce implementation experience. Experience leading end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects. Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior business stakeholders. Experience in Agile delivery environments. Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Business Analyst Salesforce Platform App Builder Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Experience Cloud Consultant (preferred) Platform Strategy Designer (preferred) Leadership Responsibilities: Lead functional workstreams. Review functional designs and solution documents. Coordinate with technical teams and architects. Manage stakeholder expectations. Identify project risks and recommend mitigation plans. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
