We are always looking for exceptional talent to join us on the journey! Your Mission: We are looking for a mid-level Salesforce Developer to join the Business Automation team. The role focuses on building scalable solutions, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and enhancing Salesforce capabilities across Sales, Operations, and Support. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), and Flow Customize Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, and automation logic Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems (APIs, middleware, Power Platform, etc.) Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders (Sales Ops, Finance, Support, etc.) Optimize system performance, handle technical debt, and improve existing automations Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and bugs Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and best practices Requirements 2-3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience Strong experience with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, automation tools, and security model Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD processes Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Nice to Have Experience with Service Cloud / Email-to-Case Exposure to Power Automate or other automation tools Salesforce Platform Developer certification Keystone AI is an equal-opportunity employer that values diversity, collaboration, and innovation.
