Salary: $148000 - 196000 per year Requirements: We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience. We expect at least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud implementation experience in enterprise settings. We need a strong grounding in software engineering fundamentals, including object-oriented programming, algorithms, data structures, system design, and application architecture. We look for experience connecting Salesforce with enterprise systems using APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools, or cloud data platforms. We require strong Python development skills for building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines, automating data workflows, and creating reusable integration utilities. We expect experience designing and using REST APIs, along with modern authentication and integration patterns. We need proven experience designing secure and scalable enterprise data architectures. We look for a solid understanding of customer data platforms, identity resolution, and Customer 360 concepts. We require familiarity with source control, CI/CD practices, testing, debugging, logging, and production support for enterprise data solutions. We need deep knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud objects, ingestion methods, segmentation, calculated insights, and activation. We expect expert-level SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, CTEs, window functions, and large-scale data transformation. We look for working knowledge of Server-Side JavaScript for Marketing Cloud automation and integration scripting. We value knowledge of cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery. We require excellent communication and client-facing consulting abilities. We need demonstrated capability to design and troubleshoot complex distributed systems, APIs, and enterprise integrations. Responsibilities: We will lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions. We will design scalable data models, identity resolution approaches, calculated insights, and segmentation frameworks. We will develop enterprise customer data strategies that support marketing, service, analytics, and AI initiatives. We will define governance, security, privacy, and consent management practices for Data Cloud. We will architect integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise systems such as EMRs, CRMs, marketing platforms, data warehouses, and third-party applications. We will build and optimize Data Streams, Data Lake Objects, Data Model Objects, Data Actions, and Calculated Insights. We will create identity resolution rules and unified customer profiles. We will ensure data ingestion processes are reliable, scalable, and high quality. We will enable audience segmentation and activation across Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and external platforms. We will design both real-time and batch activation strategies. We will support AI use cases, including Agentforce, Einstein, and predictive analytics. We will optimize personalization strategies using unified customer profiles. We will monitor and improve Data Cloud consumption credits. We will recommend best practices for data retention, refresh timing, segmentation, and processing. We will identify opportunities to improve performance while lowering operational costs. We will establish monitoring and governance processes. We will lead client discovery sessions and solution workshops. We will translate business needs into technical architecture and implementation roadmaps. We will present solution designs to executive and technical stakeholders. We will provide strategic guidance based on Salesforce platform capabilities and industry best practices. We will establish implementation standards, reusable frameworks, and documentation.
