Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

About the role As a key member of the Salesforce Team, you will provide day-to-day Salesforce support and manage the full lifecycle of enhancements and fixes. You will investigate, analyse, and resolve user issues with a customer-focused approach, work within the change request process, support integrations between Salesforce and other systems, and act as liaison between users, vendors, and enablement teams. Key responsibilities Provide day-to-day Salesforce support — investigating, analysing, and resolving user issues with a customer-focused approach Meet regularly with operational departments to provide status updates on work items Manage the full lifecycle of enhancements and fixes — requirement gathering, solutioning, build, testing and deployment — ensuring changes are reliable and don't degrade existing functionality Work within the change request process, ensuring adherence to team change control standards Support integrations and troubleshooting between Salesforce, External Client apps, and ERP systems Act as liaison between users, vendors, and enablement teams to resolve complex issues and roll out new features Create and maintain documentation for new processes and system updates About you 3+ years as a Salesforce administrator (consulting experience a plus) Service Cloud experience desirable Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience; exposure to NetSuite or similar ERP systems a plus Strong problem-solving skills, both independently and in a team, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure Excellent customer management, and verbal/written communication skills; fluent English required Benefits Health insurance for you and up to three dependents from Day 1 Hybrid work setup Convenient shuttle service Complimentary on-site food and coffee Allowances 25 days of leave Access to a learning platform for skill training with progress tracking About us At AMCS, sustainability means business — and careers that create impact.
