Salesforce Business Analyst (Remote)

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Salesforce Business Analyst. The Salesforce Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include mapping and optimizing business processes, configuring Salesforce features with administrators, and supporting integrations with other enterprise systems. The role involves creating user stories, functional specifications, and documentation, as well as coordinating testing, training, and user adoption activities. The Salesforce Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business goals and deliver measurable outcomes. Qualifications Strong Salesforce.com Administration skills, including configuration, user management, and security settings. Demonstrated Business Analysis experience with business requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Solid Analytical Skills for evaluating processes, data, and system performance to recommend improvements. Experience with Business Process mapping, optimization, and translating workflows into Salesforce solutions. Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, standard objects, and automation tools (e.g., Flow, Validation Rules, Reports and Dashboards). Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment with cross-functional and global teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, structured manner. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Business Analyst) are an advantage.
