About the role

We're hiring a dedicated full-cycle salesperson to own the journey from a prospect's first contact through a signed deal — and then grow that account over time. Who We're Looking For You're a hungry, self-driven closer who thrives in fast-moving environments and takes initiative before anyone asks. You're genuinely curious about technology and know how to read a room, adapting your pitch naturally and moving deals forward with confidence and good judgment. What You'll Be Doing Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to closed deal Participate in different strategies - inbound, outbound, and partnership sales Run discovery calls and product demos with developers, product managers, and technical buyers Grow existing customers and help them get more value Work closely with the Head of Sales on strategy, pipeline, and what's working Represent Ironwood Digital at events, online communities, and wherever our users are Feed the field back into the business - bring what you hear from customers to marketing and product What We Need From You ~1–2 years in a sales role where you carried a target (SDR, BDR, AE, SE) Genuine curiosity about technology and customers' problems - you'd rather understand the problem than recite a pitch Strong written and verbal communication in English - crisp, direct, no fluff Professional fluency in German is highly preferred Comfortable running demos and discovery calls with technical buyers (alongside our technical team) Self-structured and accountable, you don't need hand-holding to know what to do each day Resilient and coachable - a "no" makes you sharper, not quieter Bonus Points Experience selling developer tools or localization products You're multilingual (we're a global product) Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, Lusha, Intercom You've sold in a product-led / self-serve company before What You Get Real ownership and autonomy from day one Direct access to leadership - no bureaucracy, fast decisions A proper ramp and coaching from the Head of Sales - we want you to grow into a great closer, not throw you in the deep end Our own AI tools and automations Support from a great team spread across Europe A product developers actually love Home office Competitive base + commission structure
