100% Remote | Long-Term International ProjectAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile product teams in a global environment. You will facilitate Agile processes, support delivery teams, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile best practices.Support Product Owners and Development Teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.Promote Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.Track team progress and help remove delivery impediments.Lead Agile workshops and training sessions.Foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.Build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders.Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.6+ years of Scrum Master experience.Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Waterfall.Experience leading workshops and Agile training sessions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent English.Nice to HaveExperience in SAP environments/projects.Previous Takeda engagement.Interested?
