RWM Project Test Lead (6 months Contract)

About the role As a RWM Project Test Lead, you will work closely with the vendor, IT and business teams to support the test scope formulation and execution of the project test cases, ensuring quality testing is performed and completed within project timelines. Scope also includes testing for defects fixes post live, and also support in production cutover sanity or health check testing. Key responsibilities Requirement grooming participation for projects under RWM. Manage test scripts including writing and review of test scripts together with stakeholders. Execute test cases for the projects assigned. Work with IT and vendor for defects raised. Manage test execution run rate and work towards 100% execution and passing within the UAT timeframe. Regular reporting of testing status for projects assigned. Prepare training deck using UAT screenshots. Update RWM team internal SOP where required on project processes. Support production cutover healthcheck / sanity testing. Test defects post live for fixes that are deployed. Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business Admin / Banking Finance / Accounting / Economics 3 to 5 years or more of experience in project support and testing in Banking and Finance, experience in digital app testing is an advantage. Familiar with project management tasks. Ability to multi-task, manage a high number of priorities in a fast-paced environment and support project delivery in an effective and timely manner. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, meticulous and organized. Excellent command of spoken and written English.
