Design and develop low-latency trading systems using Rust and AWS.
📋 Description Design, develop, and optimise low-latency, mission-critical trading systems. Own key trading stack end-to-end — architecture to production. Collaborate with quants, traders, and engineers to boost performance and resilience. Maintain trading infra with performance, stability, observability, and operability. Troubleshoot complex production issues across exchange connectivity, execution, and market data. Drive engineering standards through leadership, code reviews, and mentoring. 🎯 Requirements Production-grade Rust experience building high-performance, concurrent systems; Tokio preferred. Hands-on trading experience: HFT, Market Making, or Quantitative Trading. Strong AWS and Linux expertise for latency-sensitive workloads. Proficiency in Python or scripting for strategy development and automation. Deep familiarity with trading protocols: FIX, REST, WebSocket.
