RTR Team Leader Location: Kraków, Poland (Hybrid) Contract: Until January 2027, with possible extension About the Role We are looking for an experienced RTR Team Leader to manage and support a finance team responsible for Record-to-Report. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with strong leadership skills and a solid accounting background. Responsibilities Lead and support the RTR/General Ledger team Oversee month-end close and financial reporting activities Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting processes Manage account reconciliations and journal entry reviews Drive process improvements and operational excellence Support team development and performance management Requirements 6+ years of experience in RTR, General Ledger, or Financial Accounting Minimum 4 years of people management or team leadership experience Strong understanding of month-end close and reporting processes Experience working with SAP Advanced Excel skills Fluent English
