Monitor transactions for fraud and conduct risk assessments using data analytics tools.
📋 Description Monitor platform transactions to detect unusual patterns, fraud, or high-risk activity. Conduct merchant onboarding risk assessments (KYB) and ongoing reviews. Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Operations to develop risk controls and workflows. Use data analytics tools (SQL, Excel, Python) to detect anomalies and create dashboards. Review incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend improvements. Stay updated on fraud trends, payment regulations, and crypto best practices. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field. 2–3 years in risk management, fraud detection, or fintech risk. Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets. Proficiency in English for cross-team and international communication. Familiarity with merchant risk, payment fraud, or KYB/KYC is a plus. SQL, Excel, and/or Python; BI tools like Tableau/Power BI are a plus. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced env.
