Job Description –
Essential
● AWS infrastructure - configuring, initializing, and managing instances, VPC, network, security groups.
● Linux administration - sysadmin, software installation and upgrades (via the package manager and custom installation via code compilation using tools such as go, make), daemon management and monitoring, disk partition management, etc.
● Installing, initializing, running, and monitoring go-Ethereum nodes
● Installing, initializing, running, and monitoring Cosmos SDK/Tendermint-based nodes
● Solidity and smart contract development, deployment, and upgrade methods
● Shell scripting, cron, SSH
● Git and Github use, pulling and merging upstream changes into forks, etc.
● Autonomous actor who can resolve/find answers when available on online sources
Good to have-
● golang
● Javascript
● Nodejs, npm, yarn
● Prometheus
● Grafana or similar monitoring tools
● Ansible or similar deployment tools
● Knowledge/experience of alternative infrastructures to AWS including GCm etc. - configuring, initializing, and managing instances, networks, firewalls
● Familiarity with token bridge development/QA
● Code Audit skills/experience for the solidity and other development environments shared above
