📋 Description Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers Design and implement scalable frontend architecture for e-commerce platform Establish and enforce coding standards and development processes Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams Conduct code reviews and provide feedback Analyze and optimize application performance 🎯 Requirements 6-10 years of professional frontend development experience Strong hands-on experience with React and React Native in production environments 4+ years in a technical leadership or senior engineering role with team mentoring Strong knowledge of TypeScript and modern JavaScript Experience with state management tools such as Redux, Zustand, or similar Familiarity with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps
