About the Role As a Remote Reliability Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for technical queries during the maintenance phase of Halcyon Labs and non- Halcyon Labs equipment. You'll work closely with maintenance technicians to diagnose complex issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions that keep our customers' equipment operating safely and reliably. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineering professional who enjoys combining technical expertise, customer focus and continuous improvement in a collaborative environment. What You'll Be Doing Provide remote technical support to maintenance technicians, helping identify root causes and corrective actions for equipment issues. Assist with spare parts identification and technical recommendations. Support Halcyon Labs 's connected services and analytics by evaluating non-standard service needs. Collaborate with support teams to configure and troubleshoot KRM devices and connections. Escalate complex cases to subject matter experts when required. Develop knowledge base articles and technical documentation that support continuous learning. Contribute to equipment reliability, safety and performance improvement initiatives. Prepare quality reports, identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions. You will bring: Experience working with elevators, escalators, building systems, industrial equipment or similar technical environments. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting capability. Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
