We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Hotel / Resort Travel Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll assist clients in planning and organizing stays at hotels, resorts, and vacation destinations around the world. You will research accommodations, prepare quotes, and coordinate complete itineraries to ensure each guest enjoys a seamless travel experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, hospitality, and helping others create stress-free getaways.
Key Responsibilities:
– Research and recommend hotel and resort options based on client preferences and budgets
– Prepare quotes, proposals, and customized itineraries for approval
– Communicate with clients to gather travel details and provide updates
– Coordinate with hotel partners and suppliers to confirm reservations and special requests
– Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications
– Deliver professional, prompt, and courteous service to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent attention to detail and time management
– Proficiency with basic computer skills (email, web browsing, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
– Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines efficiently
– Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated remote workspace
– Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel coordination is a plus but not required
