📋 Description Own the release calendar and cadence across Heidi's products. Run release readiness and go/no-go with engineering leads. Coordinate cross-team releases with engineering, QA, security, and support. Manage enterprise health system releases: notes, comms, staged rollouts. Ensure release processes meet medical device compliance. Improve DORA metrics: lead time and deployment frequency. 🎯 Requirements Proven experience running software releases at a fast SaaS company. Technically fluent; read pipelines and plan rollbacks. Deep knowledge of CI/CD, observability, source control, feature flags. Calm under pressure; reliable release day performer. Strong communication with engineers and enterprise customers.
