Release ManagerLocation & Work ModelWarsaw, Gdańsk or GdyniaHybrid work – 3 days per week from the officeProject StartASAP or within 1 monthLanguageEnglish (daily communication)About the roleWe are looking for an experienced Release Manager to coordinate and oversee software releases across enterprise technology platforms.In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing release activities while working closely with development, testing, operations, and business teams. You will ensure that releases are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with organizational standards, driving continuous improvements through automation and DevOps practices.ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end release activitiesMaintain and manage release roadmaps for one or more applicationsCoordinate multiple parallel releases across teamsPlan release deployments, go-live activities, and post-go-live supportTrack change activities throughout the release lifecycleLead release decision meetings and secure stakeholder approvalsCoordinate handover sessions between development and operations teamsCollaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Test Managers, Execution Leads, and Operations teamsDrive continuous improvements in release processes through automation and DevOps practicesEnsure releases comply with internal governance and quality standardsRequirements (must-have)Proven experience as a Release ManagerExperience planning and coordinating software releasesExperience managing release roadmaps and deployment schedulesExperience coordinating multiple parallel releasesExperience planning go-live and post-go-live activitiesStrong change management and release governance experienceExperience leading release approval meetings with stakeholdersStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working in Agile environmentsFluent EnglishNice to haveExperience in enterprise or banking environmentsWhat we offerOpportunity to work on enterprise-scale technology platformsInternational and collaborative work environmentLong-term project within the financial sectorExposure to modern release management and DevOps practicesHybrid work model and opportunities for professional growth
