Release Engineer

📋 Description Design, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to keep releases reliable and repeatable. Manage branching strategies, coordinate code freezes, and handle hotfix releases. Diagnose pipeline failures and resolve build bottlenecks before they affect delivery. Automate repetitive release tasks and improve YouTrack workflows for better issue tracking. Gather requirements from development teams to turn pain points into smooth tooling improvements. Communicate process changes to stakeholders and support teams through transitions. 🎯 Requirements Proven hands-on experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Fluency in Kotlin or Java. Practical experience working with Gradle or similar build systems. Familiarity with Linux environments and shell scripting.
