📋 Description Lead a team of 4-6 developers on large-scale, cutting-edge systems. Manage delivery of multiple, complex projects from design to release. Identify and manage risks/issues; drive stakeholders to on-time, quality delivery. Make key decisions to ensure successful implementation of initiatives. 🎯 Requirements At least 3 years leading teams; at least 8 years as an engineer. Experience managing highly skilled developers; lead, coach, guide, influence. Proven experience in Python/Go/Java. Experience in scalable, concurrent, low-latency, fault-tolerant systems. Experience in SaaS/Cloud/Microservices architecture. Experience in architecture and implementation-level design of high-scale distributed systems.
