As part of our mission to redefine health in Vietnam, we are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Mobile App Tester to join our dynamic team About the Role As a QC Mobile App Tester , you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and user experience of BeWao's mobile applications. You'll work closely with our development and product teams to identify bugs, validate features, and maintain the highest standards of app performance across different devices and platforms. What You'll Do Test BeWao's mobile applications thoroughly across iOS and Android platforms Design and execute comprehensive test cases for new features and existing functionality Perform manual testing including functional, usability, compatibility, and regression testing Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using appropriate tools Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve identified issues Validate user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure requirements are met Test app performance across different devices, screen sizes, and operating system versions Conduct exploratory testing to discover potential edge cases and user experience issues Participate in release testing and ensure quality gates are met before app deployment Your Skills and Experience Technologies & Tools We Use Mobile Platforms: iOS, Android Testing Tools: Manual testing techniques, device testing labs Bug Tracking: JIRA, Trello, or similar project management tools Communication: Slack, Microsoft Teams Development Stack: React Native, TypeScript (understanding beneficial) About You We're looking for a meticulous, detail-oriented tester who is passionate about mobile app quality. You should be: Experienced : 2+ years of experience in mobile app testing or quality assurance Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Tech-Savvy: Familiar with mobile platforms (iOS/Android) and understanding of mobile app development lifecycle Communicative: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English Systematic: Ability to create and follow structured test plans and documentation User-Focused: Understanding of user experience principles and mobile app usability standards Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with changing requirements Preferred Skills Automation Testing Experience: Knowledge of mobile automation testing frameworks such as: Detox for React Native applications Playwright for end-to-end testing Appium, XCUITest or Espresso Experience with performance testing and mobile app optimization Basic understanding of programming concepts (JavaScript/TypeScript preferred) Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST clients) Knowledge of health and wellness applications or healthcare domain Why You'll Love Working Here Why Join Us?
