Responsibilities
– Lead and manage the manual testing efforts of the QA team in an Agile development environment.
– Create and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery.
– Collaborate with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and execute test cases.
– Work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues.

– Minimum of 3 years of experience as a team lead managing at least 5 team members in an Agile development environment
– Strong understanding of Agile methodology.
– Experience with testing web-based applications, mobile applications, and APIs
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
– Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
