This is a great opportunity for people who are just starting their careers in tech or transitioning into software testing.You will work alongside developers and product managers to test software, find issues, and ensure that everything works as expected before releases. No prior experience is required for trainee candidates — we’re looking for curious, detail-oriented individuals with advanced English skills and a strong desire to grow in QA. Note: English proficiency will be tested during the hiring process. Summary Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities Responsibilities Read and understand software requirements and documentation Create simple, organized, and clear test cases Perform manual tests to validate features and bug fixes Identify, document, and help track bugs Re-test resolved issues and assist with regression testing Participate in Agile team meetings and collaborate with developers and product managers Requirements Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking) — will be tested. Attention to detail and analytical thinking. Clear written communication and organization.
