TEST ANALYST/QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST (MAKATI) PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE JOB ADVERTISEMENT!!! MINIMUM QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or any Business-related field Minimum of 3 years-experience in software testing, quality assurance, or data reconciliation Direct experience within banking, payments, fintech, or credit card services is highly preferred Technical proficiency in SQL queries and data manipulation, advanced MS Excel, and testing tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps Outstanding analytical capabilities, strong written and verbal communication, and exceptional attention-to-detail Must have the following requirements ready: SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, TIN, NBI JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Test Design & Execution: Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios mapped directly to business requirements. UAT & Coordination: Coordinate and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including managing documentation, test evidence, traceability matrixes, and final sign-off reporting. Data Reconciliation: Conduct deep-dive data reconciliation and system variance investigations to ensure financial data integrity. Defect Management: Detect, log, track, and manage software defects using industry-standard tools. Work closely with development teams to ensure successful retesting and resolution.
