Own root cause analysis and implement structural solutions to improve quality and training processes.

📋 Description Root cause ownership: determine if error is human or system/SOP and close the gap. Permanent fix mandate: implement a structural solution (new macro, logic check, or simplified guide). Calibration leadership: lead Shift Leads in defining 'Excellent' and raise the bar. SOP evolution: own the Confluence Knowledge Base as living, scannable SOPs. Proactive training: identify knowledge gaps in real-time and deploy micro-enablement on the floor. Validation of understanding: certify the team; ensure they can execute the new logic. 🎯 Requirements Professional Experience: 3–5 yrs in Customer Success/Experience; 2+ yrs in QA, L&D, or Process Improvement. Analytical Assertiveness: Stand firm on quality and give direct feedback. Technical Writing Excellence: Deconstruct complex jargon into clear instructions. Systemic Thinking: Solve problems via process redesign or tool optimization.
