You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with founders and senior engineers, in a culture built for people who want to grow deep roots — not just add a line to their resume. What You'll Do Own manual QA testing for web applications end-to-end Track, manage, and prioritize issues in Jira Partner closely with a tight-knit, engineering-driven team Directly influence product quality for privacy and security solutions used by Fortune 100 companies Bring sharp feedback — your voice shapes how the team ships Grow your craft in a fast-moving, financially stable company What You Bring 2+ years of hands-on manual QA experience with web applications Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience/certifications Strong command of Jira for bug tracking and workflow management Solid grasp of SDLC and testing methodologies Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Fluent Russian is a strong plus Ready to work hybrid, 3 days/week from Tysons, VA or Greenville, DE Key Success Drivers Obsessive attention to detail; quality isn't negotiable to you High integrity, honesty, and transparency in how you work Proactive, energetic, solutions-first mindset Thrives on change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment Looking to build a long-term career, not just pass through Why Join?
