Lead QA efforts with Java and Selenium, focusing on automation and testing strategies.
Title: QA Lead Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid- Looking Local Candidate) Duration: Full Time Expertise: Java, Selenium Must Have 13+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA / SDET. Hands-on experience with Playwright. Basic to intermediate knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript. Understanding of UI automation testing concepts. Experience with functional and regression testing. Basic knowledge of API testing / REST APIs. Experience with Postman is preferred. Basic knowledge of SQL and database validation. Understanding of Git/GitHub. Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts. Familiarity with Jira or similar defect-management tools. Good understanding of SDLC and STLC. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Good to Have Experience with Selenium . Knowledge of Java or another programming language. Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps . Knowledge of Page Object Model (POM). Understanding of test data management and test reporting. Experience with cross-browser testing. Basic knowledge of Docker is a plus.
