QA Lead / Senior QA Engineer – Efectivo

About the project Efectivo is a platform supporting warehouse and production management based on real-time data. The system combines software, hardware, and telemetry to support operations in logistics and industrial environments. We are looking for a person who will take ownership of the quality process and help organize and scale QA across the entire product ecosystem. Responsibilities Building and maintaining the testing strategy for the entire Efectivo ecosystem Leading the QA process for changes involving backends, frontend, data aggregator, firmware/hardware, and simulators Defining entry/exit criteria for testing, release gates, smoke/regression scope, and go/no-go decisions Prioritizing quality risks in cooperation with product and engineering teams Organizing QA work: planning, delegating, mentoring, and reviewing tests and reports Developing and maintaining test automation: API, E2E, smoke tests, and integration validation Analyzing issues on the level of data, logs, CI/CD, WebSocket/MQTT, databases, queues, and environments Documenting test plans, results, risks, limitations, and release recommendations Ensuring the quality of reporting data and handling environment-related edge cases Must-have Minimum 5 years of QA experience Minimum 2 years in a lead or ownership role Experience working with multi-component products Knowledge of API, backend, frontend, and mobile application testing Experience with CI/CD, flaky tests, and automation stabilization Ability to work with Docker, logs, and testing environments Ability to read code and configuration files Mature communication skills and strong ownership mindset Nice to have IoT, telemetry, MQTT/WebSocket Python/Django, pytest Next.js, Playwright, Vitest Monitoring, Grafana, alerting Performance testing and ReportPortal Experience building or restructuring QA processes from scratch Tech stack Python • Django • TypeScript • Next.js • Docker • MQTT • WebSocket • Playwright • Vitest • PostgreSQL • Grafana • CI/CD What we offer Real impact on the quality process and QA architecture Work with a multi-layered stack: backend, frontend, firmware, hardware, and telemetry Hybrid work model — Wrocław + remote Long-term B2B cooperation Salary: 18000–25000 PLN net + VAT per month Organizational details Cooperation model: B2B Location: Wrocław / hybrid Full-time
