QA Lead Engineer (Europe only)

About the role In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of every release that goes out. As a HQA Lead, you will combine hands-on expertise in both manual testing and test automation with leadership responsibilities across quality strategy, processes, and team development. You will help define testing approaches, improve automation coverage, establish quality standards, and drive continuous improvements throughout the software development lifecycle Our Stack Programming language: Python DB: MySQL / Mongo DB DevOps: AWS / Jenkins / K8S Web: Selenium / Playwright/ Postman Mobile: Appium / Android Studio / XCode Management: Jira / TestRail What you'll be doing Provide technical leadership and mentorship, helping teams deliver high-quality software through collaboration and best practices Drive the Testing lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions Simulate user needs and actual usage scenarios from a user perspective Review designs and code done by others and provide constructive feedback Manage team members' performance and career development Track and record product issues and analyse the problems through various tools, giving feedback to relevant personnel to make corrections Drive the creation and maintenance of QA documentation, standards, and best practices Design, develop and maintain automated Web, Mobile, and API tests Improve our Continuous Integration pipeline Maintain and improve the automation framework. Help automate engineering workflows, including custom tooling beyond the framework.
