QA Lead Engineer

📋 Description Define and execute the overall QA strategy, covering test planning, automation, performance Design, implement, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks for web, mobile, and backend Lead, mentor, and coach QA engineers by providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to ensure requirements are testable Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery and minimize Develop and oversee performance, load, and security testing strategies to validate system 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. 6–10 years of experience in software testing, including at least 3 years in a QA Lead or equivalent Strong hands-on experience with automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cypress Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
