QA Engineer

We are a growing, fast-moving company focused on delivering modern HR solutions. Alongside consulting and process design, we implement SAP SuccessFactors and build our own applications tailored to customer needs. We’ve delivered projects for clients across the Czech Republic and internationally, and as we continue to grow, we’re looking for a QA Engineer to help us keep our products reliable, stable, and ready for real-world use. What you can expect: Ownership of testing for end-to-end features, including UI and backend behavior Designing and maintaining regression test coverage to ensure product stability Identifying risks, recurring issues, and areas for improvement in the system Close collaboration with developers, Delivery Lead, Product Owner, and QA peers Active involvement in refining requirements, especially edge cases and unclear scenarios Opportunity to influence QA processes and contribute to quality standards Participation in release readiness and quality assurance decisions Qualifications you need: 2–4+ years of experience in software testing (manual, ideally with overlap to automation) Solid experience with end-to-end, regression, and integration testing Ability to design test scenarios based on real business flows and edge cases Experience investigating issues across FE, BE, and external integrations Strong understanding of system behavior and ability to identify weak points Experience with bug tracking tools and writing clear, actionable bug reports Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and QA best practices Fluent Czech or Slovak and English at B2 level or higher, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment. Beneficial is: Experience with test automation (e.g. Cypress, Playwright, Selenium) Basic knowledge of APIs and tools like Postman Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Basic SQL or data validation experience
