QA Engineer

We are looking for an Experienced QA Engineer with solid API testing skills to contribute to the quality standards of the project from the very beginning. You will be joining a project where REST API integrations and microservices are at the core — working on an orchestration layer that connects multiple enterprise systems across a global network. If you enjoy hands-on testing of complex integrations and want to grow within a strong engineering team, this is the role for you. What will you do? Perform manual and automated testing of REST API integrations and microservices Design and execute test cases based on business and technical requirements Work with regression, integration, performance and user acceptance testing Design and maintain API test automation frameworks Identify, document and track defects through resolution Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation strategy Prepare test plans including scope, objectives and risk identification Track and report testing results, metrics and overall quality status Collaborate closely with developers, Business Analysts and Product Owners in an Agile/Scrum environment Employee perks, benefits 6 extra days off: 3x localhost days and 3x sick days Referral bonus Benefit plus budget Financial contribution to Pension plan Multisport Card Education support (certificates, courses, trainings) Physiotherapist sessions once a week in the office Bonuses at every smashing life events Flexible working arrangements Transparent approach and communication Supporting your ideas Requirements for the employee‍ Language skills: English - Upper intermediate (B2) Number of years of experience in the position/sector: 3 Personality requirements and skills What we are looking for? 3+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automated) 3+ years of API test automation framework design and development experience 3+ years of programming experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java or Python Strong hands-on experience with API testing and REST API frameworks Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, ReadyAPI Experience with Cucumber, RestAssured or similar testing frameworks Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology English at B2 level or higher Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or related field Nice to have Bruno – modern API testing tool CI/CD tools – Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git Experience with microservices architecture and integration testing SQL and relational databases basics Performance and security testing experience End-to-end and third-party integration testing
