QA Engineer

Job Description A Test Engineer is responsible for developing and executing test plans to ensure the quality and performance of software products. They work closely with software developers to identify and resolve software defects and ensure that software products meet specifications and standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Familiarity with basic concepts and methods of software testing, including functional, performance, and security testing; Programming skills and experience, familiarity with at leastone programming language; Familiarity with commonly used testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.; Good communication skills and team spirit, able to communicate and collaborate effectively with software developers and management; Analytical and problem-solving skills, able to quickly identify and resolve software defects and provide feedback and suggestions based on test results; Continuously learning and evolving, keeping up-to-date with technological developments, and continuously improving testing processes and methods to improve testing efficiency and accuracy. Additional Information Develop and execute test plans: Test Engineers need to thoroughly test software, including functional, performance, and security testing, and provide feedback and suggestions based on test results. Write test scripts and automated test programs: Test Engineers need to use testing tools and programming languages to write test scripts and automated test programs to improve testing efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with software developers: Test Engineers need to work closely with software developers to understand the functionality and design of software products, identify and resolve software defects, and ensure that software products meet specifications and standards. Write test reports: Test Engineers need to write detailed test reports, including test results, defect reports, and suggestions, to help software developers and management understand the quality and performance of software products. Continuously improve testing processes: Test Engineers need to continuously improve testing processes and methods to improve testing efficiency and accuracy and ensure that testing tools and technologies are always up-to-date.
